My involvement with the Columbia-WHO Center for Global Mental Health International Advisory Board is firmly grounded in my deep dedication to advocacy efforts. My non-profit work and advocacy within the US and abroad have focused on education, the environment, and global humanitarian efforts within low resource communities. I am currently collaborating with the Global Mental Health Lab at Teachers College, Columbia University on capacity building projects for Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
I earned my MA at Columbia University in Clinical Psychology, with a concentration in Global Mental Health and Trauma. My BA at Dartmouth College, with a double major in Economics and French, led to a ten-year career in international finance at JP Morgan. I have lived in Asia, Latin America, and Europe as well as the US. I currently reside with my husband, Tracy, and three children in Washington DC.
